Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA) subsidiary, HHLA Sky has developed an integrated control centre to manage ground, air and water operations. The company says the system has been successfully tested at the Port of Hamburg, Europe’s second biggest container port. The technology is used not only in the port of Hamburg, but also by enterprise users for easily accessible real-time data and situational awareness around their operations, regardless of their vertical domain. This enables integrated monitoring and assessing critical infrastructures, says HHLA Sky.
To ensure safety in an enterprise context, the HHLA Sky platform is certified according to IEC 62443 for the highest level of cybersecurity.
HHLA Sky offers a scalable, end-to-end drone system for industrial use. The system is designed to enable drones to be operated safely beyond the visual line of sight (BVLOS). The integrated control centre is designed to coordinate more than 100 drones at once for a wide range of different tasks.
