The Global UTM Association (GUTMA) has welcomed STRADAai as its newest member.
The startup specialises in drone airspace management through dynamic digital applications. It supports drone manufacturers and operators in navigating industry regulations and achieving certifications from authorities including the US Federal Aviation Administration and the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).
STRADAai is currently actively pursuing certification with the Italian Civil Aviation Authority to become a recognised U-space Service Provider offering essential services for drone operations across EASA member states.
The company also provides mission planning, fleet and operations management, data analytics and safety services through its Enterprise Drone Planning, an integrated system for uncrewed operations.
GUTMA works to create an aligning framework, where crewed and uncrewed traffic management can converge. GUTMA members can participate in the policy making process and exchange expertise. The organisation recently conducted a UTM operational evaluation in North Texas.
