NASA is hosting an International Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) Day on 3 November 2022 to promote harmonisation, including coordination of AAM international R&D activities and regulatory aspects. NASA anticipates discussing AAM international research, safety expectations, risk management/leadership, regulatory change, the safe introduction of automation, and more. The outcome of this event will be understanding the gaps in current AAM research, standards, and regulations.
Speakers include representatives from the NASA, FAA, EASA, and Eurocontrol, in addition to national regulators and research bodies.
