In a social media post of 1 October 2019 GUTMA’s Secretary General Fanni Lukácy announces she is stepping down from her current post at the association.
“As of October 1st, 2019, I am transiting out of GUTMA and the secretary general role of the association,” she writes. “I have spent three years with the association, growing up with it from being an outreach manager of an infant entity to the secretary general of a recognised, versatile, professional organisation of global UTM stakeholders. I enjoyed every minute of working with you, the exciting discussions, the amazing events – all the job and fun we have just had together. I am honoured to be part of this community! From October 1st, while I will be supporting the transition in GUTMA, I can focus again on my own business consulting and event planning practice.”
