US Global Energy Transmission (GET) company is working with AirGo to develop lightweight and energy-efficient solutions for the drone delivery industry, including a smart and fully automated delivery platform. According to a press release, the GET Wireless Charging Station provides a wireless charging zone where drones can hover for a few minutes to recharge while still in flight. The solution aims to support high utilization of the drones, enhanced security, and all-weather operations. The charging stations can be installed kilometers apart along flight routes.
