NUAIR CEO and president, Ken Stewart, said in a LinkedIn post that the company has received a beyond visual line of sight (BVLOS) waiver from the United States Federal Aviation Administration.
The waiver extends NUAIR’s operational area from 250 sq. miles to 450 sq. miles. Stewart said the expansion, which nearly doubles the company’s previous BVLOS operational capacity, enables it to enhance its services for commercial, state, and federal clients.
