Ecole Nationale de l’Aviation Civile (ENAC) is hosting the Real Time Simulations event this week as part of the EUREKA SESAR3 Fast Track project that aims to make Urban Air Mobility (UAM) a reality by paving the way for safe and efficient integration of vertiports.
ENAC, along with project partners Bluenest by Globalvia, Lilium, Hologarde, DSNA, Boeing Spain and Human design Group, is using the event to focus on vertiport disruption and emergency management exercises, ensuring preparedness for unforeseen circumstances.
The teams will work on five scenarii with different conditions integrating aircraft, uncrewed aerial systems and eVTOLs into the airspace with new procedures, tools and guidelines.
