DroneShield is seeking a Compliance Officer to join the team in Sydney, Australia. The position will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Oversight of insurance policies, including interaction with insurance brokers in Australia and the US
- Lodgement of ASX announcements
- Preparing and reviewing contracts with supervision from senior team members
- Management of Employment Visas
- Review of customer contracts
- Executing export compliance documentation
- Interfacing with external legal counsels across a range of areas
- A wide range of other commercial and legal tasks, such as negotiation and execution of global distributor contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and update to Company’s internal policies
