Drone flight authorisation service provider Clearance has announced on Twitter that Lannion in Brittany has become the latest airport in its network of French airports where it supports drone operators getting access to airspace.
Clearance helps operators immediately determine which authorizations are necessary, according to mission profile; request and obtain flight authorization in controlled airspace; and get waivers for night flights or a flight authorization near a nuclear power plant.
Since 2017, Toulouse-Blagnac Airport has been using Clearance’s services to manage drone flights in its control zone (CTR) and has since been joined by more than 25 airports, including Paris-Orly.
