Uncrewed Aerial Systems Traffic Management (UTM) company ANRA Technologies is in search of a US based Vice President of Engineering to lead the company’s engineering team. The individual should be comfortable with the latest Agile development techniques and tools and familiar with large scale SaaS deployments. Experience with functional programming, continuous delivery and release processes, infrastructure, and engineering team management also needed.
Responsibilities include:
- Recruit talented engineers and help develop our in-house talent across our US, UK and IN offices
- Refine and drive our development process and best practices
- Collaborate with executive team on strategy and long-term roadmap
- Lead our technical architecture and machine learning capabilities
- Some handson technical contribution, usually while mentoring others
