The software development manager will lead a team of software development engineers with a key focus on quality, delivery and continuous improvement. The role involves working closely with the company CTO, VP Products, principal engineers, and key stakeholders, providing technical expertise and contributing to solution design.
The technical business analyst will directly contribute to building the skyscape of the future, working closely with commercial and technical leads and act as the key interface between both – making sure requirements are accurately captured, processed and translated into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and problem-solving but recognises commercial pressures and the need to deliver.
The software engineer will be a key member of a fast-paced, high-growth engineering team turning potential into deliverables that are helping to redefine the future of aviation. Engineers are expected to strike the right balance between theory and practice, are passionate about writing quality code, shipping great products and delighting customers.
