Danish startup Skypuzzler ApS has announced that it has formed a strategic partnership with Unisphere.
Skypuzzler provides digital air traffic control for drones, designed to enable unmanned aerial systems (UAS) to operate in controlled airspace alongside manned aviation. In 2023, Skypuzzler introduced digital software to monitor the airspace for potential collisions. The technology provides routing and height adjustments.
Unisphere provides an operations management platform for UAS. It manages pre-flight planning with weather intelligence and automated evaluation for flight safety and compliance. The company also provides data analytic services to plan and evaluate air taxi use cases.
The partnership will integrate the two companies’ systems with the goal of achieving greater automation and safety in drone flight operations.
