The European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) is organising a workshop addressing Specific Operations Risk Assessment (SORA) – a key element for specific operations including Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS). The workshop is a hybrid event addressing SORA: from version 2.0 to 2.5.
This workshop is open to industry and authorities, to have an overview of the SORA methodology. Moreover, the new JARUS SORA 2.5 will be soon published for public consultation on the JARUS website (planned by end of 2022). During this event a summary of the changes that will be introduced in SORA 2.5 will be shown. The workshop presents an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback to those directly involved in the development of SORA 2.5.
