Urban-Air Port (UAP), a specialist in uncrewed aerial systems (UAS) launch infrastructure, has partnered with Drone Evolution, a UK-based provider of First Person View (FPV) and autonomous delivery UAS, to deliver defence capabilities for modern warfare.
This collaboration introduces the DBx-A1, a UAS logistics and launch system designed to enable rapid, secure, and scalable deployment of mission-critical drones in contested environments. The DBx-A1 supports both reusable and one-way strike UAS. It integrates launch, charging, maintenance, repair, and mission coordination into a mobile platform.
UAP says the proliferation of low-cost, agile UAS and swarm tactics has “outpaced traditional defence systems, exposing forces to unprecedented aerial threats”.
The new memorandum of understanding between UAP and Drone Evolution will boost both companies’ ability to scale their products and services through integrated capabilities.
