The UAS Denmark Test Center has shared progress from the second phase of the NextGen Robotics drone project.
As part of the counter-uncrewed aerial systems (C-UAS) project, red-blue team exercises have been conducted at the test centre at Hans Christian Andersen Airport, including the deployment of integrated sensors on a common platform.
The exercises are a further step towards developing and testing an integrated multi-sensor C-UAS system. UAS Denmark Test Center is collaborating with Bionic System Solutions, Circle Scope, MyDefence, Quadsat, and Weibel Scientific, along with the University of Southern Denmark for the project. The Danish Business Promotion Agency is providing support.
“The red-blue team exercises have provided valuable insights and feedback, allowing us to refine our systems and enhance their effectiveness,” UAS Denmark Test Center said. “By simulating real-world scenarios, we ensure that our solutions are robust and ready to meet the challenges of modern airspace security.”
