Sentrycs and ThirdEye Systems have formed a strategic partnership to combine passive drone detection technology and electro-optic systems.
Sentrycs’ detection and tracking system integrates with ThirdEye’s imaging technology, allowing for real-time visual identification via thermal and VIS imaging. The combined system classifies threats, distinguishing between drones and other uncrewed systems, birds, and other objects. It also enables users to identify whether a drone is carrying a payload, providing an additional layer of threat assessment.
In multi-drone scenarios, users can prioritise threats and respond accordingly. The electro-optic system is designed to automatically direct high-performance cameras toward detected uncrewed systems for instant live imaging even in complex environments.
