sUAS News (https://www.suasnews.com/) reports that Sensofusion is launching a latest version of its AIRFENCE counter-UAS system. “AIRFENCE 6.0 dramatically improves and upgrades Sensofusion’s capabilities to detect and safely negate dangerous and potentially life-threatening situations caused by rogue drones,” according to the report.
“Sensofusion has incorporated findings from private and government customers to create a solution ideal for any end-user seeking a counter-UAS technology designed to automatically detect, locate, track, and defeat unwanted drones. Improving speed and range of detection, expanding the AIRFENCE proprietary library, and wrapping the whole package in a seamless interface were all part of the calculations when fine-tuning AIRFENCE 6.0. In addition, AIRFENCE can now target individual UAS’, regardless of what frequency band they hop to when counter-attacking. As part of the release of AIRFENCE 6.0, Sensofusion is offering a demo day to any end-user with counter-UAS requirements on their priority list….”
“To fully understand the advancements made with AIRFENCE 6.0, we invite end users to see it operational for themselves,” said Sensofusion Vice President Kaveh Mahdavi.”…. We are not selling theoretical solutions in the form of shock videos and flashy presentations that you see all over the internet — AIRFENCE has the largest user base for counter-UAS technology in the world with hundreds of installations, and those numbers continue to grow.”
AIRFENCE has partnerships with the FAA, NASA, the European Union and the U.S. Department of Defense.
