Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace has signed a contract with the government of the Netherlands for the delivery of NASAMS and NOMADS air defence systems. The contract is valued at about NOK 12 billion.
The contract was signed on November 21 and followed the Dutch government’s recommendation to Parliament in October, outlining its intention to acquire the new systems as part of the CITADEL integrated air and missile defence programme.
Deliveries are expected to commence in 2028.
