HENSOLDT has teamed up with Singapore’s HTX (Home Team Science and Technology Agency) to drive the advancement of counter-unmanned aerial systems (C-UAS) for urban environments. The collaboration is a response to the increasing threat posed by over-the-counter drones, and is the first of further expected strategic partnerships between HTX Singapore and HENSOLDT Singapore.
The partnership’s Rapid Deployable C-UAS incorporates HENSOLDT’s Z:ASSESS software and Multi-Sensors Data Fusion (MSDF). The system, built on a modular and scalable concept, includes surveillance radar, EO/IR cameras, jammer and allows for the integration of additional sensors to enhance its capabilities. The suite is designed to provide real-time threat detection and mapping, offering users a comprehensive view of identified threats overlaid on chosen zones. The CUAS system is suitable for permanent deployment as well as for temporary protection during major events.
The system is on show this week for the first time at the HTX Pavilion at the Milipol Asia-Pacific–TechX Summit 2024.
