DZYNE Technologies (United States) and ROMARM SA (Romania) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on Romanian defence capabilities.
DZYNE develops a range of counter-uncrewed aerial systems technologies for defence and civil applications. The company will work alongside ROMARM and Romanian defence companies to research, design, and produce tailored solutions for border security, critical infrastructure protection, and other domestic security domains.
Highlander Partners, which owns DZYNE, has already made substantial investments in Romania. This MoU marks an extension of this cooperation into the defence sector.
