US counter drone specialist Citadel Defense reports a contract award from a “top tier military service customer” for its AI-powered counter drone system Titan. The equipment is destined for “mission-critical ground and airspace perimeter security deployments overseas” although further details about the number of Titan systems and contractor have not been disclosed.
Titan C-UAS system is designed to detect, identify and defeat ground, sea and airspace drone threats using patent-protected technology. It uses radiofrequency combined with software-defined capability to detect and protect against drone concerns.
