Anduril and Microsoft add airborne threat detection and response to IVAS headsets

Anduril Industries has joined forces with Microsoft to collaborate on the US Army’s Integrated Visual Augmentation System (IVAS) programme. The partnership includes the initial integration of Anduril’s Lattice platform into Microsoft’s IVAS hardware and software ecosystem.

IVAS is a platform designed to ingest data from a host of sensors, including those integrated on a headset, attached to weapon systems and via third party devices and software, giving soldiers visibility on the battlefield. The integration of Anduril’s Lattice system enables soldiers wearing the IVAS headset to detect, track and respond to threats, including drones, in real time.
