As a member of the AirMarket-led team selected to carry out Energy Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM) technology trials in Canada, ClearSky Connect is providing real-time analytics and visualisation of connectivity performance for both command-and-control (C2) and payload communications. According to a ClearSky press release, the company’s advanced modelling solution provides enterprises with real-time wireless connectivity both pre-flight and in-flight. These capabilities integrated with the cellular UTM services established with AirMarket and TELUS will serve as a foundation for scalable beyond visual line of sight (BVLOS) flight operations in Canada.
“On behalf of our partner, Dimetor, and its market-leading connectivity analytic and visualisation software AirborneRF. ClearSky is excited to provide AirMarket’s Energy UTM trial with real-time connectivity performance,” said Brian Forbes, CEO of ClearSky.
