AirMap has launched a new drone operations and data automation platform called JobSight, aimed at construction industry users. According to AirMap, JobSight enables construction companies to integrate drones into their daily operations with the use of automated services including job scheduling, route planning, automated asset capture, and airspace compliance.
JobSight enables construction companies to monitor progress and safety, increasing efficiency across the project life cycle. The platform is pre-integrated with off-the-shelf drone hardware and requires minimal training for fast deployment. It is also integrated with construction management software Procore to make it easy for construction professionals to view drone capture in the context of their projects and facilitate visual communication across teams.
Several construction firms in the US are already using JobSight in their day-to-day operations, including ANDRES Construction Services, DEPCOM Power, HITT Contracting and Wood Partners.
AirMap has confirmed a reseller partnership with enterprise drones and drone-detection solutions specialist Heliguy to further bolster the availability of JobSight to UK construction firms. This follows other recently announced partnerships with Escadrone in France, Solectric in Germany, and Falcon Eye Drone (FEDS), in the Middle East, all of which will make JobSight available to their respective markets.
