Weibel Scientific of Denmark and Estonia’s DefSecIntel Solutions have formed a strategic collaboration in the fields of European air defence, counter-uncrewed aerial systems (C-UAS) and surveillance technologies.
By integrating Weibel’s radar systems with DefSecIntel’s C2, surveillance and C-UAS platforms, the partnership aims to address critical security needs and capability shortfalls across Ukraine, the European Union, and NATO-aligned initiatives such as Eastern Shield and Baltic Drone Wall. Specifically, Weibel’s X-band radars will be integrated into DefSecIntel’s C-UAS and ultra-short-range air defence (USHORAD) EIRSHIELD systems.
The companies will also collaborate on manufacturing to speed and scale up availability as well as in the areas of research and development for new systems.
