The Global UTM Association (GUTMA) has welcomed Orbitalize as its latest member.
Based in Switzerland, Orbitalize provides software services to civil aviation authorities, air navigation service providers, and UTM/U-Space service providers.
The company is a contributor to the Linux Foundation’s InterUSS project that seeks to advance uncrewed aviation through industry collaboration, open standards, and interoperability among all uncrewed aircraft. Through the project and other endeavours, Orbitalize has gained experience in DSS operations.
The company is also working with Skyguide to develop and operate uncrewed aviation (including U-Space) and special flight office services in Switzerland.
