Dedrone is now officially part of Axon following the finalisation of the acquisition.
Dedrone’s airspace security technology integrates with Axon’s public safety platform to provide drone as first responder programmes and protect against unauthorised drone threats.
Both companies announced the acquisition agreement in May. Axon was advised by Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, and Dedrone was advised by Tidal Partners and Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP in connection with the transaction.
