Azerbaijan has demonstrated its first domestically produced laser weapon to target uncrewed aerial systems, reports the Azerbaijani edition of Report.AZ.
The 30kW Fireforce system was demonstrated at the ADEX-2024 exhibition in Baku on September 24. Weighing 900kg, it is designed to be mounted on light armoured vehicles
The report notes that a 50kW system is also currently being developed.
