Blueflite UAS is now FAA Remote-ID compliant

Blueflite’s patented delivery drone COBALT has been officially registered as a Remote ID compliant uncrewed aerial system (UAS) by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

Remote ID technology allows drones to broadcast identification and location information in real-time, to aid airspace safety and security. It enables FAA, law enforcement, and other agencies to quickly locate drones flying unsafely or in restricted areas.

Blueflite’s platform is scalable in both size and quantity, capable of handling packages of various sizes. The company’s proprietary cloud system integrates with existing logistics IT systems, enabling full digital integration. The FAA’s acceptance allows the COBALT to expand beyond visual line of sight (BVLOS) operations.
